Detailed revenue and conversion analytics aren't part of this early-access version yet.
For now, your Dashboard shows two engagement metrics so you can see how shoppers are using the assistant:
- Chats started — how many shoppers opened a conversation.
- Questions answered — how many questions the assistant responded to.
Richer analytics are planned for a later version.
