The dashboard is your home base for the AI Shopping Assistant — it shows whether your chat is running and gives you a quick read on how shoppers are using it.
What's on the dashboard
- Chat status and controls. You'll see whether your chat is currently live or paused. When it's running, the dashboard shows "Chat is live" with a Pause action; when it's off, it shows "Chat is paused" with a Go live action.
- Customize Chat. A Customize Chat link opens the appearance editor, where you can adjust how the chat looks on your store.
- Setup guidance. Quick pointers help you get set up and make the most of the assistant.
- Activity tiles. Two tiles give you real counts at a glance: Chats started (how many conversations shoppers have begun) and Questions answered (how many shopper questions the assistant responded to). Both are real counts of actual shopper activity, so they grow as more shoppers chat with your assistant.
What's not here yet
Deeper analytics — like revenue or conversion metrics — aren't part of this version. The dashboard focuses on chat status and the two activity tiles above.
