Can I read my shoppers' chat transcripts?

Not in this version. There's no in-app way to browse individual chat transcripts yet.

Conversation data is stored (you can read exactly what's collected and how it's protected in the privacy article below), but a transcript viewer isn't part of the AI Shopping Assistant right now.

For now, the Dashboard gives you a high-level picture instead: Chats started and Questions answered show you how much your assistant is being used.

A way to review conversations is something we're considering for the future, balanced carefully against shopper privacy. We can't promise a date yet.
