How often will shoppers see nudges?

Nudges are capped so they stay helpful, not annoying. Your shoppers will only see a few at a time, never a stream of them.

The limits

• At most one nudge per page load. A shopper won't see more than one nudge on any single page.
• At most five nudges per browsing session. Once five have appeared, no more will show for the rest of that session.

A Nudge is a proactive prompt shown near the chat bubble to invite a shopper into the conversation.

Dismissed nudges

If a shopper dismisses a nudge, that same nudge won't show again for the rest of the session. Other nudges can still appear, up to the limits above.

When the limits reset

These limits reset when the shopper starts a new browsing session, so a returning shopper gets a fresh start.
