If you are using POWR Form Builder, Payment Button, or any other app where we have payments enabled, you may be asked to verify your email address. We also ask you to verify your email address after creating your POWR account.
If you requested the verification link but have not received our email, please follow these steps:
- Check if you spelled your email address correctly (use all lowercase letters)
- Check your spam folder
- If you find any POWR emails in your spam, move them out of spam and into the inbox
- Add no-reply@powr.io to your Contacts
- If your email host provides a Whitelist or Safe Senders List, add @powr.io to it
After you have done that, try again and see if you receive our email.
If you're not getting the email, no reason to panic. This will not keep you from being able to use any of your apps. However, if receiving emails is an essential feature of one of your apps (i.e. for receiving alerts about new form submissions), please get in touch with our Support Team so they can look into why you are not receiving emails from POWR.

We got the verification and responded, but the next morning the addresses are gone and we have a message that no addresses are assigned.
