Ensure your email address is correctly entered under Send Submission Notification to.

⚠️ Note: Enter your email address in all lowercase characters to avoid potential issues.
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes, email notifications may be filtered into your spam or junk folder.

Look for emails from no-reply@powr.io.

If found, mark them as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.
Whitelist POWR Email Addresses
To prevent email notifications from being blocked:

Every morning I see the message 'no email address connected'. I replied to the verification email several days ago and the submission alert works during the day after I re enter the address. One help page says lower case letters only are allowed? Is this the reason we lose the data? My address has an underscore and the other admin has digits. I have also turned off the shield in firefox. We are using weebly thanks Chris
