How do I preview and test my nudges?

Before your shoppers see them, you can check which nudges would appear by using the built-in Nudge Simulator.

Nudges are proactive prompts shown near the chat bubble to invite shoppers in. The Nudge Simulator lets you simulate a page and visitor scenario, then see which nudges would show up for it — using the same logic your live store uses. It's a quick way to confirm your setup is doing what you expect.

How it works

• Open the Nudge Simulator from the Nudges area of the app.
• Pick a page and visitor scenario.
• The simulator shows you which nudge (if any) would appear for that situation.
• Because it runs the same logic as your storefront, it's a reliable check of how you've configured and enabled your nudges.

A preview is a guide, not a guarantee

What a shopper actually sees on your live storefront also depends on real conditions in the moment — things like timing, how far they've scrolled, and frequency caps that limit how often nudges appear. So use the preview to confirm your setup, but don't expect it to predict every real visit exactly.
