If your AI Shopping Assistant stops replying or shows an error, it's usually a temporary connection hiccup that clears up quickly. Work through the steps below in order — most issues are fixed by the first one or two.
- If you see a retry option in the chat, tap it. This re-sends your last message and is the fastest fix.
- Refresh the page and reopen the chat. A fresh page load clears most temporary glitches.
- Check your internet connection. A slow or dropped connection can stop the assistant from responding.
- Try a fresh session. Open your store in a private or incognito window and start a new chat.
- If the problem continues, contact support. Tell us what you were doing, what you saw, and which page you were on so we can help faster.
