Deleting Your POWR Account
To permanently delete your POWR account, you must first ensure that you do not have any active subscriptions.

Once your subscriptions are downgraded/cancelled, please follow the instructions below:
- Click on the profile icon on the top right of your dashboard and choose "My Account" :
- Select the Privacy tab and
- Scroll down to "Delete Your Account" section:
Once your account is deleted, all your apps and subscriptions will be permanently removed.
⚠️ Deleting your account does not automatically delete data collected from your users (e.g., form submissions). See below for details on how to remove or request to remove personal data.
Deleting Your Users’ Data and Request to Remove your PII Data
If you have collected personal information from your customers through POWR apps (such as forms, payment buttons, or popups), you can request the deletion of this data:

Manually Delete Data from Apps:

Go to the POWR Dashboard and open the app where the data is stored.

Navigate to responses dashboard.

Request Data Erasure from POWR Support:

If you need all stored personal data to be deleted, submit a request to POWR Support with the subject Personal data erasure request.

Ensure that you contact us using the email associated with your POWR account.
