How POWR Subscription works?

All POWR upgrades are subscription-based. You must manually cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use your upgraded POWR App.

Removing an app from your page does not cancel the subscription, as POWR Apps are not tied to specific sites.

Any saved app can be reinstalled and used on multiple sites. To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription as outlined below.

If you’re canceling because of any of the reasons below (or similar):

• The app isn't working as expected
• It's too expensive for your budget
• You’re missing a specific feature
• You didn't mean to upgrade

How to Cancel Your POWR Subscription?

Follow these simple steps to cancel an active subscription:

1. Log In to Your Account
   • Visit dashboard.powr.io and log in using your account credentials.
2. Access Your Account Settings
   • Click on Settings from the left panel.
   • Go to "Subscriptions" ->"Manage" From the dropdown menu, select My Account.
     
      
3. Cancel or Speak to a Support Agent
   • You will be prompted to cancel your subscription directly, or speak to a live support agent to assist you further with the decision and ensure we resolve any issue you might encountered.
   • If you proceed with cancelling, please provide a detailed reason of cancellation to confirm your request.
     
      

Why am I still being charged?

⭐️ I deleted my app, but I'm still being charged!

• Removing the App Does Not Cancel the Subscription: Deleting a POWR App from your site or page will not stop future charges. Subscriptions remain active until manually canceled.
• Multiple Sites: POWR Apps can be reused on multiple sites. If you’re no longer using any POWR Apps on any of your sites, ensure you cancel all active subscriptions by following the steps above.
