What Is the Browser Console?
The browser console is a built-in developer tool that displays error messages and technical information about the webpage you're viewing.
When something prevents a POWR app from loading correctly, the console often records useful information that helps our team diagnose the problem.
Don't worry—you don't need any technical knowledge to capture a screenshot.
How to Capture a Console Log
- Open the page where the issue occurs.
- Open the browser console using the instructions above.
- Refresh the page while keeping the console open.
- Wait for the issue to occur.
- Take a screenshot showing the entire Console window, including any red error messages.

Command + Option + J
The Developer Tools panel will open with the Console tab selected.
Mozilla Firefox
Windows
Press:
Ctrl + Shift + K
Mac
Press:
Command + Option + K
Safari (Mac)
If you're using Safari:
- Open Safari > Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- Open the page with the issue.
- Click Develop > Show JavaScript Console.
What to Include When Contacting Support
To help us investigate any issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- A link to the live page where the issue occurs
- The browser you're using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)
- A brief description of what isn't working
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue itself
- A screenshot of the browser console
Providing this information upfront helps us identify the cause much faster.
