If you are having difficulties logging into your POWR.io account, please check to see if the following apply to you:
Since POWR apps can be used across various site building platforms simultaneously, all of your apps and upgrades are tied to an email address instead of the site domain. This means that to gain access to your apps you will need to be logged into Shopify as the original email creator. Once logged in you will see your saved apps.
As a Weebly user you are automatically logged into POWR with your Weebly account email address. If the Weebly account email address is changed, this unfortunately will not update on your POWR account so you may have two accounts. Note, you will always be automatically logged into the original account.

When apps are added through the Wix App Market, a POWR account is not automatically created. If you'd like to have access to your Wix apps in POWR.io, you'll first need to connect the accounts. Read this article for step-by-step instructions: Connecting a Wix account to POWR.

Social Logins (Facebook, Google)
If you chose a social login when you created your POWR account, you will always need to use this sign in method. It’s not possible to change the password on this type of account because a password was never created for POWR and is the same as your social login.
