If one of your customers requests the deletion of their personal data from a POWR app, follow these steps:
Deleting Form, Popup, or Payment Data
Your POWR apps (such as Forms, Popups, or Payment apps) may store user data. You can remove it manually or request assistance.
Manually Delete Customer's Data from Apps:
- Go to the POWR Dashboard and open the app where the data is stored.
- Navigate to responses dashboard.
- Locate your customer and delete the data associated with your customer manually following instructions from this article: How to delete Form Responses from Dashboard
Request Deletion from POWR Support:
If you cannot manually remove the data or need further assistance:
- Contact POWR Support with the subject Customer's Data Deletion Request.
- Provide details about the specific data to be deleted (e.g.,app used to collect the data, email, form responses).
⚠ Important to know:
If you use Stripe or PayPal with POWR, deleting user data in POWR will not automatically remove records stored in Stripe/PayPal. You may need to contact these services separately for data removal.
