How to Access Your POWR Account Settings

Go to www.powr.io and log in to your account.

Click your name or email in the top-right corner.

Select My Account from the dropdown menu.
How to Manage Existing POWR Apps from the Dashboard
From your POWR Dashboard, you can easily manage and organize all of your installed apps.
Dashboard Options:

Click Edit to open the app in the editor.

Click Install to access install options for any app.

Click the purple Upgrade star to upgrade the app.

Click the three dots (...) to:

Delete the app

Access the Responses dashboard for apps like Form Builder, Popup, or eCommerce

How to Change Your Email Address

In Account Settings, locate the Account Info section.

Replace your existing email with the new one.

Click Save.
This email will now be used for login and support communication.
How to Change Your Password

Scroll to the Change Password section in your account settings.

Enter your current password.
-
Enter and confirm a new password.

Click Save.

How to Cancel an Active Upgrade
You can cancel any active paid subscription directly from your account dashboard.
Steps:

Go to your Subscriptions tab.

Click Change next to the subscription you'd like to cancel.
Cancellations are handled by POWR Support. When requesting cancellation, you’ll be asked to share a reason. This helps us improve the product and your future experience.

How to Delete Your POWR Account

In Account Settings > Privacy, scroll to the bottom.

Click Delete My Account.

Confirm the action.
⚠️ Deleting your account is permanent. All apps, data, and subscriptions will be erased and cannot be recovered.

Will changing my email affect my billing?
No. It only updates your login and contact email. Your subscription and billing remain unaffected.
How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to receive a reset email.
Can I cancel my upgrade and still keep my account?
Yes. Cancelling a subscription only affects billing—it does not delete your account or apps.
