How to Cancel a POWR App Subscription on Wix
You can cancel your app subscription in just a few steps from your Wix Subscriptions page.

Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.

Click the three-dot icon next to the relevant POWR app.

Select "Cancel App".

Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
💡 If the "Cancel App" option doesn't appear on your screen, it's probably because you're not owner of the account. Please note that only the owner or an admin (co-owner) account can proceed.
What Happens After You Cancel?

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged again once the billing period ends.

The POWR app will revert to the Free plan once your paid term expires.
- Your existing app content will remain saved and editable

Your previously entered data and settings will be preserved in your account, but plugins with paid features will be hidden on your live site until you remove those features.

I deleted the app from my Wix site. Is the subscription canceled automatically?
No. Removing the app from your site does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it manually in your Wix Subscriptions settings as expained in this article.

Will I get a refund after canceling my subscription?
Per POWR’s refund policy, only yearly or biennial plans canceled within 5 days of purchase are eligible for a refund.
For any questions, please contact POWR Support and include a copy of your Wix invoice. Our team will review your request and assist you directly, as all refund approvals must be processed through POWR.

Can I reinstall the app later and keep my settings?
Yes! If you want to reinstall the same POWR app with all saved data later, our support team can help with the recovery.
