Need to collect information from your customers before they book an appointment? You can combine POWR Form Builder with Google Booking Page or any other booking provider of your choice to create a seamless booking experience.
In this setup:
- Visitors complete your POWR form.
- After filling out and submitting the form, they're directed to your Google Booking page or any other booking URL.
- They choose an available appointment time on your Calendar.
This is a great solution for consultations, discovery calls, client onboarding, interviews, and more. In addition to the booked appointment, you also have all the additional information you need (attachments, dropdown and multiple choice questions, and more).

Before You Begin
You'll need:
- A POWR Form Builder app
- Your Google Booking Page's link
- If you have a URL to any other Booking provider than Google, we've you covered still. In that case, you can skip to Step 2 directly.
Step 1: Create a Google Booking Page
First, create your booking page in Google Calendar using the steps below.
- Open Google Calendar.
- At the top left, click "Create" → "Appointment Schedule".
- Set up the new Bookable appointment schedule” panel that appears as intended:
- Title
- Appointments duration
- Available dates and times
- Buffer time (Add time between appointment slots)
- Sync with your other calendars to avoid overlapping
- Click Next.
- Set up your booking page (appearance, type of meeting, description, booking reminders)
- Click "Save".
You'll use the link to this booking page in the next step.
Step 2: Create Your POWR Form
Click here to Ceate a new form or edit an existing one.
Create new elements to include any information you'd like to collect before visitors schedule an appointment, such as:
- Name
- Email address
- File upload
- Address
- Reason for the appointment or any open ended question
- Dropdown, Multiple choice questions, and more.

After setting up the form, click the "Publish" or "Done" button at the top right of the editor screen.
Step 3: Redirect the Form Visitors to Your Booking Page
After someone submits the form, you can automatically direct them to your Google booking page.
- From the form editor, go to Settings → "After Submission Options" → "Redirect to another page"
- Paste your booking page's link in the box.
- Publish
Now, every visitor who submits the form will immediately be taken to your booking page to choose an appointment time.
Alternative: Include the Booking Link in Your Autoresponder
You can also include the booking link in the confirmation email sent after form submission.
To do this:
- Open your form.
- Navigate to Emails" tab → Autoresponder → Enable Autoresponder → Customize Autoresponder
- Edit the email message as needed, and add a button with the hyperlink to your Google Booking page.
This approach gives visitors the flexibility to schedule their appointment later while keeping the booking link in their inbox.
