Adding dynamic content to your emails

In the POWR Mail Editor you can personalize your email by adding dynamic content to the email body.

This means that you can personalize your Customer Confirmation Email's content based on a user's answers to your form. 

You can do this in any of the text elements in the body of your email: 

Click Personalize and you will see a dropdown menu of all of the fields in your form:

The dynamic content will appear between three curly brackets {{{like this}}}. Here's how it'll look in the POWR Email Editor:

Here is what your user will see in their confirmation email:

For users on an upgraded plan

If you are on an upgraded Form Builder plan (Starter, Pro or Business), you can also add dynamic content to your email's subject line.

To personalize your subject line, in the Subject Line settings, use the Add Personalization dropdown menu to select which field from your form you would like to use:

Once you've added your chose field, it will look something like this:

{{{Name}}} will automatically be replaced by the form respondent's name that they submitted in your form and they will see this in the email they receive.
