How To Connect Popup or Form Builder to Klaviyo

POWR makes it very easy to grow your email list by connecting your Popup or Form Builder app directly to Klaviyo. With this integration, new form submissions will be automatically synced to your Klaviyo email lists.

Step 1 - Requirements for Kaviyo integration

To use the Klaviyo integration, you'll need a:

1. Klaviyo account (free or paid)
2. POWR Form Builder, Popup or Survey app created
3. Pro subscription (see our pricing page)
4. At least one Email Address field for email capture (it's recommended to make that field required, as the email address is needed to sync the details with Klaviyo)

Step 2 - Create and Customize your app

1. Open the POWR editor and click "Create New App" if you don't have a Form Builder or Popup already.

2. Click "Add element" to create the fields of your choice, including an Email Address.

2. Turn on the opt-in checkbox for the Email field to ensure your submitted contacts are triggered in your Klaviyo email list (you can set it as required)

3. Feel free to customize the app as needed from the Settings, Design and Payment tabs. You can find more details in the articles below:

Step 3 - Connect with Klaviyo

We have streamlined the process to ensure the steps are quick and easy to be implemented by anyone.

1. Go to Settings or Controls tab > Integrations > Klaviyo > Connect to Kalviyo (if you're using our Form Builder or Survey/Poll app)
2. Under the Integrations, click Klaviyo and turn the toggle on to initiate the connection
3. A new box will appear, toggle on the field to connect with Klaviyo again

Since this integration is still under review by Klaviyo's partner team, you might see a new windown that pops us for double confirmation by Klaviyo.

4. Once connected, you can select the Klaviyo list of your choice, or create a new one if preferred.
5. Save the changes, and Publish the app.

Now the integration is completed, all new form submissions will be automatically added to your chosed Klaviyo list with the mapped data.
