Oops! Your POWR form hit the maximum number of admin emails per hour.

If you received this email, that means you have exceeded the limit of admin emails which is 25 per hour so we are pausing delivery of more messages to you for 1 hour at this point. If your app will break the limit twice per day, we're going to pause admin emails for 24 hours. This is to avoid alarming your email host and to avoid having our emails flagged as spam.

Why are we doing that?
POWR Form Builder is an excellent solution for many types of forms - contact forms, order forms, payment forms, surveys, polls, zoom meeting registration forms, etc.

Sometimes users create forms for events, like sneaker raffles or giveaways, which receive thousands of submissions per hour. If email notifications are enabled, the high number of sent messages can cause an email host to stop accepting our messages. This can then also lead to our domain getting flagged as spam, which could result in our emails bouncing for other users. To prevent any email delivery issues from our end, we proactively disable alerts when the submission volume is hitting the 25 submissions per hour threshold.

My app has more than 100 per hour, what should I do?

High-load apps considered like that if they have over 100 submissions per hour. So if you expect such a high volume, then we recommend to disable all the integrations and admin emails for this app. 

No need to worry!

1. Your data is perfectly safe within your app and you are able to see it or export in CSV or Excel anytime. Please check this article on how you can do that.
2. All your submitters will receive autoresponder email, there is no limitation here.
3. You can create automated live export with Google Sheets or Zapier.
