Can I Get a Refund for My Upgrade?
We understand that sometimes plans change. While POWR aims to be flexible and fair, our refund policy depends on the type of plan, where and when it was purchased.

Am I Eligible for a Refund?
Unfortunately, monthly plans are non-refundable. If a monthly plan is canceled, the auto-renewal will stop automatically (meaning you will no longer be charged) and you will continue to have full access to the plan features till the last day of your monthly billing cycle.
Tip: If you're unsure whether a paid plan is right for you, you can request a free trial before upgrading. Contact us here and we’ll be happy to set one up.
Annual and Biennial upgrades are refundable if requested within 5 days of purchase or renewal.
If you cancel more than 5 days after your upgrade or renewal, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.

If you downgraded from a higher tier yearly plan to lower tier yearly plan during mid-cycle, please contact our support team and we will arrange a prorated refund for your convenience.:

Upgrades Purchased Through Wix or Other Platforms
If you purchased your POWR upgrade through the Wix App Market, you can cancel it directly within your Wix account with the instructions provided in the article below:

If you’re eligible for a refund or have billing questions:
Include your account email, the app name, and any relevant details (invoice and/or purchase date)
We'll review your request promptly and let you know what options are available. If your request falls under our refund policy, you can expect the refunded charge to reflect on your account within 5 business days after confirmation from Support.

How long it will take to get a refund ?

Refunds are not automatically issued since your upgrade is still active for the period you paid for. Please contact our support team from the email address we have on file for you. They will be able to look into whether you are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy. They are also happy to help you with any issues you may have encountered!
Me cobraron hoy y tengo un plan pro de un año y quiero mi reembolso ya que no siento que sea necesario pagar una cantidad exagerada para crear formularios. Mande una solicitud, espero que me respondan antes de los 5 días o sino no me podrán reembolsar
