How to Submit a Support Request

- Alternatively, feel free to send us a direct email at support@powr.io with a detailed description of your query.
What to include in your message
To help us assist you faster, please include:
- A brief description of the issue
- The email address associated with your POWR account
- A link to the live page where your app is installed (if applicable)
- The name of the POWR app you're using (e.g., Form Builder, Popup, Countdown Timer)
- Screenshots or preferably a screen recording if the issue is visual

Live Chat Support
Our live chat usually pops up on the right of the POWR editor screen, feel free to write send your query and the support agent online will get back to you for assistance
If your query is still not responded within five minutes, it might be due to multiple factors such as busy periods or simply a support agent taking a short break. In any case, it's recommended to email us instead.
Please keep the editor window open when chatting with our team to avoid losing the chat. You can open a new window if needed.
Support Hours and Response Times
Our team works across multiple time zones and strives to respond as quickly as possible. We offer up to 24-hour support Monday-Friday, with limited coverage on Saturday and holidays. You can expect to hear back from us within 3 hours via email.
