Why Forms Are Automatically Deactivated
POWR Form Builder is designed to collect general business and customer information, such as:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Contact inquiries
- Survey responses
- File uploads
- Appointment requests (and more...)
However, if our automated security system detects fields requesting highly sensitive information, the form may be temporarily deactivated to protect everyone involved.
This is an automated security measure and does not necessarily indicate that you've violated our Terms of Service.
What Information Is Not Allowed?
