Why We May Need Contributor Access
Most support requests can be resolved without accessing your Wix account.
However, for certain issues—such as installation problems, editor configuration, or site-specific behavior—we may need temporary access to your Wix site.
Granting contributor access allows us to:
- Investigate installation issues
- Review your app configuration
- Test and reproduce reported issues
- Resolve problems more quickly
How to Invite POWR as a Manager Contributor
- Log in to your Wix account and and open the site dashboard you'd like us to review.
- Go to "Settings" in the left panel
- Scroll down to "Roles & Permissions" (under the "General" section) → "Invite Collaborators".
- Enter our email address provided by the Support team (support@powr.io).
- Assign the Website Manager role.
- Click "Send Invite".

Once you've sent the invitation, reply to your support ticket and let us know so we can begin investigating.
Remove Access After Your Issue Is Resolved
For your security, we recommend removing POWR's contributor access after your support request has been resolved.
To remove a contributor:
- Open Settings → Roles & Permissions.
- Click the next to the POWR contributor → "Remove collaborator".
You can always invite us again if requested in the future.
