Q: I have a Payment button connected to my PayPal business account and payments show on my sales dashboard but not in my PayPal account. I have followed all steps you have published and re-tried. Need this resolved ASAP.
A: All payments made through your Payment button are being sent directly to your PayPal account and we don't have access to those transactions. We would recommend that you reach out to PayPal directly with the confirmation codes of all transactions found in your Sales Dashboard so they can assist you further in tracking them down.
