Refunds can only be issued for annual and biannual upgrades. Monthly upgrades are not eligible for refunds. If you purchased an annual or biennial upgrade and it's been less than 5 days since you were charged, please cancel your upgrade first. Then, submit a ticket and include the following details: a) Reason for cancellation and refund. b) Date and amount charged. c) Email address we have on file for your POWR account. We offer App-specific Starter and Pro upgrades as well as a Business upgrade that upgrades the entire POWR Suite. Starter is the basic entry-level upgrade that removes the POWR logo and provides additional features. Pro is the more advanced option that gives you more features in the upgraded App. With POWR Business, you can use unlimited features in an unlimited number of different POWR Apps.
Billing for POWR upgrades purchased via the Wix App Market is handled entirely by Wix. To look up the current pricing for our apps in Wix, please find your POWR app in the App Market and view the Features & Pricing tab.
Upgrades purchased through the Wix App Market work differently from ones bought on powr.io. While upgrades purchased from POWR are never site-specific, ones bought from Wix are only good for one site in your account. If you are transferring a POWR app from one site to another one, please get in touch with our support team for help. At this time, Wix does not allow upgrades to be transferred to a different site. You will need to work with us on getting the upgraded app onto your new site without losing your upgrade or having to purchase a second one.
POWR does not have access to your Wix billing history, and we cannot process refunds for your POWR app purchase from our end. You will need approval from powr.io in order to get a refund for one of your upgrades from Wix. You may be eligible for a refund if, and only if: You purchased an annual upgrade for the wrong site, or, you purchased an annual upgrade for the wrong app type (e.g. Payment Button instead of Form Builder Plus+). If the above is true for your situation, please fill out the form on this page so the POWR team can forward your case to the Wix Billing Team.
POWR's pricing plans are based on usage. Your usage is defined by pageviews, which is the number of times your apps are viewed on a webpage. Please click on this link for more information: here.
In the Subscriptions window, you can see all active and past subscriptions in your POWR account. To downgrade your subscription to a lower plan, click I want to switch plans. Here, you're able to either upgrade or downgrade your plan. Learn more.

To view your active subscription, log into your account at POWR.io, select your email address in the top right corner, and go to My Account > Subscriptions. Learn more.
