Accessing Form Responses via the POWR Editor

1. Open the POWR Editor 
2. In the Settings section scroll down to see the View Form Responses button or click on View Responses link in the top right panel of POWR Editor
3. Click on the button to open the Form Response Dashboard
4. To export form responses, click on the Download Responses button on the right side of the window, enter the email address to which you want to send responses, and click Confirm

Accessing Form Responses via the POWR Dashboard

1. Log in to your POWR.io account.

2. On your dashboard, locate the Form Builder App for which you want to view responses.

3. Click on the three dots (⋮) on the app thumbnail.

4. Select Responses from the dropdown menu.

5. You'll be redirected to the Form Response Dashboard for that specific form.

Exporting Form Responses

1. Within the Form Response Dashboard, click on the Download Responses button located on the right side.

2. Enter the email address where you'd like the CSV file to be sent.

3. Click Confirm to initiate the export process.

4. You'll receive an email with a link to download your form responses in CSV format.(help.powr.io, help.powr.io)
   
   

Note: If you have a large number of responses, the export process may take some time. If you encounter a message stating, "We are running another export request for this app, please check your email or try again in one hour," please wait an hour before attempting another export.

A: Yes, you can. In the Form Response Dashboard, click on the Date Range filter, select Custom Range, choose your desired start and end dates, and then proceed to download the responses. How do I download responses for a specific date range?

Q: What format are the exported responses in?
A: Exported form responses are sent in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format, which can be opened with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Q: I edited or deleted some form fields. Will their responses still appear in the export?
A: Yes. To view responses for edited or deleted fields, click on Toggle Columns in the Form Response Dashboard and select the fields you'd like to include before exporting.
