How do I view/export form responses?

There are two ways to access your form responses in the Form Response Dashboard:

1. POWR Editor 

1. Open the POWR Editor 
2. In the Settings section scroll down to see the View Form Responses button or click on View Responses link in the top right panel of POWR Editor
3. Click on the button to open the Form Response Dashboard
4. To export form responses, click on the Download Responses button on the right side of the window, enter the email address to which you want to send responses, and click Confirm

2. POWR Dashboard

1. Log into POWR.io 
2. Click on the View responses link on thumbnail of your Form Builder App or click on three dots and select Responses.
3. You will be redirected to the Form Response Dashboard
4. To export form responses, click on the Download Responses button on the right side of the window, enter the email address to which you want to send responses, and click Confirm

Please note: Responses are downloaded in CSV format by default. If there are a lot of responses it may require some time to get them on email, if one download job started then you could see a message "We are running another export request for this app, please check your email or try again in one hour." In this case please try again in an hour, the download button will be reset in 1 hour.
