Refresh the Page
Sometimes your browser is displaying an older version of the page.
Try performing a hard refresh:
Windows
Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac
Command + Shift + R
This forces your browser to download the latest version of your website and the POWR app.
Publish Your Changes
If you've made changes to your app, make sure you've published them.
Depending on your platform, you may need to:
- Click Publish inside the POWR Editor.
- Publish your website in your website builder (such as Wix or Shopify).
If the changes haven't been published, your live site will continue displaying the previous version.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Browsers store website files to improve loading speed, but sometimes cached files can prevent recent updates from appearing.
Clear your browser's cache and then reload your website.
After clearing the cache, check whether the issue has been resolved.
Try an Incognito or Private Window
Open your website in an Incognito (Chrome/Edge) or Private (Firefox/Safari) window.
This helps determine whether the issue is caused by:
- Cached files
- Browser extensions
- Existing cookies
- Administrator-only features
If the app works correctly in Incognito mode, the issue is likely related to your browser environment.
Test in Another Browser or Device
Try opening your website using:
- Another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Another computer or mobile device
If the issue only occurs in one browser, it may be caused by browser settings or extensions rather than the app itself.
Disable Browser Extensions
Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality.
Common examples include:
- Ad blockers
- Privacy extensions
- Script blockers
- VPN extensions
Temporarily disable any extensions and refresh the page to see if the issue persists.
Check for Browser Console Errors
If a feature still isn't working correctly, check your browser's Developer Console for error messages to share with our team.
Console errors help our support team identify JavaScript conflicts or other issues affecting your app.

When contacting our support team, please include:
- Your website live page URL where the app is installed
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recording
