Square pays you directly, and you handle refunds and disputes in your Square Dashboard. POWR doesn't hold your money at any point.
When you get paid
Square sends payouts to your bank account on its own schedule, which depends on your country and your bank. Your Square Dashboard shows every payout.
Square's Support Center for your country explains the schedule: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Australia, Japan.
Refunds
Refund a payment in your Square Dashboard. Only you can refund, so buyers who want their money back need to contact you.
POWR doesn't sync refunds. A refund you make in Square doesn't change the payment record in POWR, so treat your Square Dashboard as the record of what was refunded.
Disputes
Disputes are handled in your Square Dashboard too. Square's terms for your country set out how disputes work and any fees that apply: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Australia, Japan.
