- Start by open an Email Countdown from your account page, or create a new app by navigating to this page: https://powr.io/plugins/email-countdown/standalone
- Customize the design of your Email Countdown. You can change the following attributes:
- End Date
- Counter Labels
- Counter Font
- Counter Size
- Text Color
- Background Color
- Once your Email Countdown is looking good, click "Publish" in the top right. You can always edit an app after publishing. Clicking "Publish" will bring you to the install screen, where you will see an html code snippet to copy.
- Copy the embed code, and navigate to your Email Marketing Platform.
- Email Marketing Platforms that allow custom HTML are compatible with POWR Email Countdown. Compatible platforms include, but are not limited to:
- Omnisend
- Mailchimp
- Constant Contact
- Hubspot
- In your Email Marketing Platform's email editor, add an HTML or Code block to your message where you want the Email Countdown to appear. Paste the embed code into this block, and save your email.
- (Optional) Send a test email to yourself to see the Email Countdown in action, and to test its appearance on multiple devices.
