Connect vCita to your POWR Form to see your form respondent directly in your CRM system. To set this up, follow these steps:
- Step 1
- Open the POWR Editor (or App Settings in Wix).
- In the Settings tab, go to the Integrations section and select Client Management by vCita.
- Sign into your vCita account to authenticate the integration, and press the "Allow access" button to complete the authentication.
- Step 2
- Email field is required in vCita list and will match to your POWR Form email field automatically.
- Match any other vCita field with POWR Form Elements to map responses to the appropriate fields/columns.
- Once you have your vCita fields mapped to POWR form elements, click “Save Integration".
To disconnect vCita from your POWR Form, follow these steps:
- Step 1
- Open the POWR Editor (App Settings in Wix).
- In the Settings tab, go to the Integrations section and select Client Management by vCita.
- Step 2
- In the top section of the integration window, select “Remove Integration”.
- Confirm you want to remove the integration.
Your form responses will no longer be integrated with your vCita account.
I'm unable to match "Name" element in my vCita integration. What should I do?
If you created a "Name" element that consists of two fields (First Name and Last Name) and cannot see them in matching fields as it is shown in the image below:
In this case, you will need to create a "Text Box" element and add "First Name" and "Last Name" separately.
Please follow the steps below to match the fields:
1. Add a new element:
2. Select a "Text Box" element:
3. Add a title > Click on the "Done" button:
4. Go to "Settings" > Integrations > Client Management by vCita:
5. Match the fields and complete integration if necessary:
6. Save changes by clicking on "Publish" button:
