App on Facebook Page showing 404

Why am I seeing a 404 error?

If the POWR Tab on your Facebook Page is showing a 404 error, this means your app is deleted on powr.io

How do I fix this?

Users cannot undelete their own apps. Please contact our support team and include a link to your Facebook Page. They will be able to restore your app.

Why did this happen in the first place?

Typically, a user will delete an app in their dashboard because they hope it will let them add a different instance of the appto their Facebook page. 

This is unfortunately not the case. 

A Facebook install is always tied to one specific instance of your app. To avoid issues, do not delete that instance from your powr.io dashboard. 

To update content in your app on Facebook, find the corresponding app in your dashboard, make your edits, then save your changes.
