Wobblys user has Insufficient funds on PayPal (Subscription)

Question: What happens when a wobbly has a certain user that has insufficient fund on their PayPal account and they have an active subscription with one of our Wobblys? 

Answer: PayPal will wait until card have sufficient funds and then multiple charges will occur.

To stop subscription user need to go to PayPal dashboard and cancel it manually.
