Poll/Survey results are not displaying in separate columns in Response Dashboard

Issue description:

You see that Poll results are being displayed in one column only, which can cause an issue in summarizing the results: 

This happens when the "Multiple checkboxes" element was added instead of the "Checkbox" element:

Solution:

Kindly select the "Checkbox" element to collect user choices in your Poll/Survey app:

This way all choice options will be displayed in separate columns:
