Popup is not showing on mobile (iOS)_browser Safari

Issue description:

Popup is not visible on iPhones with the Safari browser. 

Solution:

Please check your Safari settings and make sure that the "Block all Cookies" and "Prevent Cross-site tracking" is disabled. Please see the screenshot below.
