I installed the app but don't see the assistant on my live store
Installing the app doesn't automatically show the assistant on your storefront — you also need to turn on its widget and make sure it's live. Work through this checklist and it should appear.
- Enable the storefront widget. Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize on your live theme, open App embeds, turn on AI Chat Assistant, and click Save.
- Make sure the assistant isn't paused. On your Dashboard, if it says "Chat is paused", click Go live.
- Confirm you enabled it on your published theme. Double-check you turned on the widget on your live (published) theme, not a draft or a different theme.
- Refresh your storefront. Do a hard refresh, or open your store in a private/incognito window, in case an old version was cached.
