Hit Counter: Starting Number Feature in Shopify

Shopify had us remove the Starting number feature from Hit Counter. If a user asks you where this feature went, or why it doesn't show up anymore, you can reenable it for them by adding showStartingNumber=true parameter at the end of the Hit Counter app URL.
