User gets redirected to a strange POWR account when clicking on the POWR app tile on their Shopify Dashboard

Issue:

User has their which works. But they can not use the tool via Shopify installed app. As each time they get auto logged into the stranger's account. Even when they delete that account, it keeps popping up again.

Solution:

The problem might be that their POWR account with auto-login to Shopify is bound to one Shopify store. You can ask ENG to bind the account to the store they want but there is no way to bind it to 2 stores.

If that is not the case - they only have 1 store, you can ask them for the email on the stranger's account and merge the two accounts together leaving users' email and password as login details. Then, they should be able to log into their own account when using the tool via Shopify installed app.

As a workaround, they may also try logging into POWR - https://www.powr.io/ - directly with their email and password. That way, they should stay in your account without being redirected to the stranger's account.
