POWR's Chat App has always been a great way to engage with your audience through Facebook Messenger. We're excited to announce that you can now connect your Chat App with WhatsApp and Telegram, giving you even more ways to stay connected with your users. This guide will walk you through the steps to connect your POWR Chat App with WhatsApp and Telegram.

⚠️ Please note that this feature is available starting from the Starter plan.

Access Your POWR Chat App Settings

1. Log in to your POWR account.
2. Navigate to the Chat App you want to configure.
3. Click on the edit icon to access the Chat App settings.

Connect POWR chat app to WhatsApp

1. In the Chat App settings, go to the "Connect Chat" section.
2. Find the WhatsApp option and toggle it on . 
3. Enter your WhatsApp number in the provided field (1).
4. Customize the pre-loaded welcome message that your users will see when they initiate a chat via WhatsApp (2).
5. Save your settings to complete the connection.

Connect POWR Chat app to Telegram

1. In the same "Connect Chat" section, find the Telegram option and toggle it on.
2. Enter your Telegram username in the provided field (3).
3. Save your settings to complete the connection.

Test Your Connections

1. Open your website where the POWR Chat App is installed.
2. Click on the chat widget and test each connection to ensure that messages are properly routed to WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger.
3. Make any necessary adjustments in the settings if you encounter any issues.
