How to Cancel Your POWR One Trial Subscription

To cancel your POWR One trial, please follow these 5 easy steps: 

1. Login to your POWR One account at platform.powr.io

2. In the top right-hand corner of your screen, you'll see a ^ icon, click it, then choose My Account from the dropdown. (see below)

3. At the bottom left corner of your screen, find and click on Cancel Trial. (see below)

4. Select a reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu (see below), or if you'd like to explain in more detail, select Other, then use the open text box to tell us in your own words. This information is extremely helpful in improving POWR One for future users, and we appreciate all feedback.

5. Finally, submit your cancellation by clicking Cancel Trial. (also see the note below screenshot)

⚠️ Please note: If you choose to cancel your POWR One trial, the account will remain active until the end of your trial period. However, once that date has passed, you will no longer be able to view or edit your saved apps, and they will no longer be visible on your website. We strongly encourage you to reach out to a Support Agent before canceling.
