A quick reference for what POWR Pay Me supports today and where its limits are.
Limits at a Glance
Currency: US dollars only.
Payment links: one item at one price, from $0.50; optional quantity up to 99, flat shipping, tax up to 25%, an expiry up to one year ahead, and one-time use.
Your page: any amount from $1 to $10,000, with an optional note.
Payment methods: PayPal (including Venmo, Pay Later and cards) and Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link). Square is coming soon.
Handle: 3–30 characters (lowercase letters, numbers and single dashes, starting with a letter). Brand, bank and government names are reserved. If you change it often in a short time, contact support for the next change.
Language: the payment page is in English.
Search engines: payment pages aren't listed on Google, on purpose. Share your link or QR code.
Not Available Yet
Editing a link (disable it and create a new one).
Other currencies, subscriptions or recurring payments.
Product options like sizes or colors, carts, discount codes or tips on links.
Using the PayPal or Stripe account from your PayPal Button or forms (connect it again in Pay Me).

What does it cost?
Nothing from POWR. PayPal or Stripe take their usual processing fee.
When do I get my money?
On PayPal's or Stripe's normal schedule, straight into your own account. POWR never holds it.
Why is my PayPal payment "held"?
You connected PayPal with an email that hasn't finished PayPal setup. Finish setup and PayPal releases the payment. Payments still held after 30 days go back to the customer.
I changed my handle. Do my old links and QR codes still work?
Yes, they keep working and redirect to your new address.
It says I can't change my handle.
You've changed it several times recently. Contact our support team and we'll change it for you.
My link says "This link isn't available right now".
It was paused, usually after a run of unusual failed payments. Check your email for details and contact our support team to review it.
Where are my customers?
In Contacts, added when they pay. They aren't subscribed to marketing.
