Check if you published the Wix page

If your app looks updated inside the Wix editor preview but not on the public site, it’s likely the page wasn’t published. In order to fix it, do the following after having edited the POWR app:

  1. Edit your POWR app in the Wix Editor.
  2. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Then click the Publish button.
  4. Your changes will now be visible in the live Wix site.

If your app looks updated inside the Wix editor preview but not on the public site, it’s likely the page wasn’t published. In order to fix it, do the following after having edited the POWR app:

Clear your browser cache

Sometimes your browser saves an older version of the app and doesn’t display recent changes. In that case, try clearing your cache.

  1. In Chrome: Press Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows). Alternatively, you can check the instruction provided here for other browsers.
  2. Select both the "cookies" and "Cached images and files" option
  3. Proceed with the button to delete the data

Then, reload your site and check again.

Try Hard Refresh

Instead of a normal refresh, use a hard refresh to load the most recent version of your app. This forces the browser to reload everything with details.

  1. Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
  2. Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
