How to handle Feature Requests from Customers

We often get feature request from users looking for additional features in current apps or ideas for new apps altogether. While not every request can be fulfilled, there may be some great ideas that come through For those, we create a Zendesk article with a vote button. An example:

FIX: BROKEN_ATTACHMENT (original: https://help.powr.io/hc/article_attachments/360028667593/2019-03-05_at_1.56_PM.png)

Users logged into POWr will be able to easily click the button and we will store their email address to let them know when it's been built. If a user is logged out, they can still vote however we will request an email address: FIX: BROKEN_ATTACHMENT (original: https://help.powr.io/hc/article_attachments/360027842974/2019-03-05_at_1.57_PM.png)

If a wobbly has request for a feature that we have a vote counter for, send them to the Feature Request section in our Help Center, where they can vote: https://help.powr.io/hc/en-us/sections/360003455074

If a wobbly has a feature request that is not listed on the page, then let them know that you will send the idea over to the Product team for further research. You can then discuss with the team whether it's worth having a votable request for. Some ideas are impossible/rarely requested, so we're hoping this will be a nice curated selection of features that people have asked about.
