How can I extract visitors' names and email addresses from my Comments app?

Unfortunately, our Comments app does not have the feature to save the name and the email address that are being provided by your site visitor. The reason your visitor needs to enter their name and email address before they can leave a comment is for verification that the one who's leaving a comment is legit especially if the feature that allows anonymous comments is disabled. This information is needed for their username since our app automatically detects the name that's registered on their email account.
