Duplicates in Question summary (Poll and Survey apps)

Sometimes Question summaries might show the duplicates, as seen in the image below:

This is caused by the user changing/editing the name of the Dropdown element. Please ask the user not to change the name of that element and link the ticket to this shortcut: https://app.shortcut.com/powr/story/13287/on-mobile-view-the-response-dashboard-on-wobbly-s-app-shows-multiple-counts-of-the-same-items and

The only solution is to create a new Poll/Survey app and never change elements until the poll ends.

Unfortunately, our app is not yet capable of saving the titles if the dropdown menu was renamed previously.
