Checking website performance for long loading times tickets

Sometimes we receive tickets with long loading times issues, in this case, we can provide users with GTmetrix performance report to show their site loading speed. If the user is not satisfied after sending "Lond Loading times" macro, we can send the following text:

*"Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a script or another solution that would make the app load quicker at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Please take a look at this performance report we pulled for your page in GTmetrix: ***(here you will need to insert URL from GTmetrix)**

*example: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/blackrockbikesusa.com/Ax7DAtLO/

Per that report, your page's Performance Score is currently **98% (**please change the number for user's GTmetrix report), and the fully loaded time is **6.2s (**please change the number according to user's GTmetrix report).

Also, I've forwarded your request over to our Product team so they can log it as a feature request.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and let me know if you have any other questions."*
