Cannot uninstall POWR app from Facebook when installed as a Tab

Recently due to the fact that Facebook changed their API which caused this issue. It's impossible to remove any app from Facebook if you installed it as a TAB. Tab always would be there. (Note that the tab will not affect the work of the site) Unfortunately, there is no immediate fix for now since it requires us to contact with Facebook and improve our code.
