Can shoppers start a new chat or clear history?
Yes. A shopper can start a new chat at any time, which clears the current session's messages and begins a fresh conversation.
To start fresh, the shopper taps the X in the top-right corner of the chat window. A drawer slides up from the bottom asking "Start new chat?" with the note "This will delete all messages and start a new conversation." The shopper then chooses Confirm to clear the chat and begin again, or Cancel to keep the current conversation.
Because conversations are session-scoped, simply closing the browser tab also ends the current conversation. The next time the shopper opens the chat, they start fresh.
