Big Cartel: POWR doesn't work on free sites

Big Cartel no longer allows advanced HTML/Javascript on free sites. Therefore, our Apps will not show up on free Big Cartel sites. 

You can tell this happens when inspecting the site and seeing just the HTML Div but not the powr.js script installed.

Typically, users will upgrade their Big Cartel store at some point (as is the case with most eCommerce site builders). When a user writes about this, let them know that they can re-install their POWR App as soon as they have upgraded their site, and it should work.

Please note: Big Cartel users may have an upgraded package that allows HTML installs and states they cannot view. If this happens, advise them to view their Published page for their POWR app instead of their Preview page.
