Autoreponder emails will not go through if the GDPR element is checked

GDPR, or General Data Protection Regulation, is a new data protection law that came into effect on May 25, 2018, that strengthens the protection of personal data and the rights of the individual concerning privacy and consent for EU citizens.

As such, when you add the corresponding GDPR element to your POWR form and customize the autoresponder email, please take note that those form respondents who check the GDPR box will not receive the autoresponder email because they haven’t opted into emails from receiving automated Customer Confirmation Emails.
